Fly hijabi

I think this girl knows how to rock her hijab. Sahar Salman is one of the cuter hijab models to be featured in Hejab Fashion magazine. Here are some pictures of her:

I think she carries many of her outfits well, and there are two things that I love about her style; that she is very creative when it comes to the wrapping of the scarves and that she matches her scarves so well with the clothing (that’s what saves the outfit in the 3rd picture with the not very stylish pink top and also in the 6th picture with the black and purple outfit).

What do you think?

Here’s a little something from yet another Egyptian hijab stylist.

I’m really liking the golden and the blue and white hijab. I’m not convinced about the bridal hijab looks though… Reham Adel has got her own website where you can also find a video with her work.

Which style do you prefer?

Strange headgear 2 – Islamic fashion festivals/shows

There is an unwritten rule behind most Islamic fashion shows; the head should be covered. Because of this, and designers urge to be the most innovative and creative, we can often spot hybrid hijabs and crazy headgear in these shows. Last years Islamic fashion festival of Malaysia held in Jakarta was no exception.

What do you think about this? Would you use any of it?
